Cancellation Policy

-New Client 20% non-refundable deposit is required and will be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. -Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes or later may need to be rescheduled to maintain the quality of service for all clients. Deposit will be forfeited. (Multiple consecutive cancellations, late arrivals, or rescheduling may require non refundable deposits for current clients or cause potential client termination.
